Triangle Home Health Care, Inc., is a family owned and operated home health care agency. The home office opened in Durham, North Carolina, in 1987. Since that time, we have expanded to provide services in 15 counties throughout North Carolina.

Phyllis Grubb is the owner of the corporation and Phyllis' daughter, "Button" Brady, serves as president. In 2008 Chrissy Brady, one of Button's daughters, was named company director, representing the third generation involved in the locally-owned business.

Triangle Home Health Care, Inc., has grown to four locations:

Our Durham Office serves clients in Durham, Orange and Chatham counties.
Our Alamance Office serves clients in Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Orange, Randolph and Rockingham counties.
Our Henderson Office serves clients in Vance, Granville, Warren and Franklin counties.
Our newest offices in Wilmington and Ocean Isle Beach serve clients in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties.
